Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Facificator mobile application (the "Service") operated by Facificator ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Facificator is an AI-powered headshot generation service. You upload a photo, select a professional style, and our AI generates a studio-quality headshot. The Service is available as a mobile application on iOS.

3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Credits and Purchases

• The Service uses a credit-based system. Each headshot generation consumes 1 credit.
• Credits can be purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
• Credits do not expire and are tied to your account.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Use the Service to create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process the photo for headshot generation.

Generated Content: You own the AI-generated headshots created from your photos and may use them for personal and commercial purposes (e.g., LinkedIn, resumes, websites).

Our Service: The Facificator name, logo, app design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated headshots will meet your specific expectations. Results vary based on input photo quality, lighting, and other factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for violation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey without regard to conflict of law principles.
