Facificator ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Facificator mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. We may also collect your name if you choose to provide it.

Photos: When you use the headshot generation feature, you upload a selfie or photo. This photo is transmitted to our servers solely for the purpose of generating your AI headshot.

Purchase Data:When you purchase credit packs, transaction information is processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We receive a purchase receipt but do not have access to your payment card details.

Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage analytics such as feature usage frequency and crash reports to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process purchases and deliver purchased credits

3. Face Data Collection, Use, and Retention

What face data we collect: When you upload a photo, our app processes the facial features contained in that image solely for the purpose of generating a professional AI headshot in your chosen style. We do not extract, store, or create any biometric identifiers, facial geometry maps, or faceprints. The only data collected is the photo image itself.

How face data is used: Your uploaded photo (containing your face) is sent to our third-party AI generation provider (Kie AI) exclusively to generate a stylized professional headshot. The AI transforms the image based on the selected style (lighting, background, attire) and returns the generated result. Your photo is not used for facial recognition, identification, authentication, or any purpose other than headshot generation.

Third-party sharing: Your face photo is shared only with our AI processing partner (Kie AI / Flux Kontext) for the sole purpose of headshot generation. The AI provider processes the image in real-time and does not retain your photo after processing is complete. No face data is shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

Storage and retention: Uploaded photos are stored on our secure servers (Azure Cloud, EU region) only during the active processing period. Original uploaded photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing is complete. Generated headshots are retained for 30 days to allow you to re-download them, then permanently deleted. Users may delete their generated headshots at any time from within the app.

No AI training: We do not use your photos or face data for training AI models, improving algorithms, advertising, or any purpose other than generating your requested headshot.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

• AI Processing Partners: Your photos are sent to our AI generation provider solely for headshot creation.
• Cloud Infrastructure: We use secure cloud hosting to store account data and generated images.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Uploaded photos are deleted immediately after processing. Generated headshots are retained for 30 days to allow you to re-download them, then permanently deleted.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
